FLATBUSH — A FIRE BROKE OUT in the basement of a three-story building at 1432 Nostrand Ave. in Flatbush around 8 p.m. Tuesday, injuring nine people, WABC reported.

The FDNY reported eight with minor injuries and one in serious condition at Kings County Hospital, with the cause still under investigation.
