Crown Heights complex begins leasing

CROWN HEIGHTS — HAUSSMAN DEVELOPMENT has started leasing The Eve, a 76-unit apartment complex at 827 Sterling Pl. in Crown Heights, REBusinessOnline reported April 21. The building offers studios, one- and two-bedroom units, with 23 designated as affordable. (The eligible income range for the affordable units was roughly $108,000 – $218,000, according to NYC’s Housing Connect. However, the lottery has ended.)

Amenities include a rooftop deck with grilling stations, a fitness center, a children’s play area, a clubroom and a pet washing station. Some units include private balconies.
