Thieves steal ATM from Brooklyn Standard on Nassau Avenue

GREENPOINT — TWO THIEVES BROKE INTO THE BROOKLYN STANDARD DELI early Monday morning, Oct. 7, at around 3 a.m., stealing an ATM, a laptop, documents and a cash drawer, Greenpointers reported. The NYPD confirmed the suspects fled in a minivan after forcing their way into the deli at 188 Nassau Ave. It was not yet known on Wednesday whether the NYPD had tracked down the burglars.

Brooklyn Standard, known for its healthy sandwiches and smoothies, is a popular neighborhood spot.
