Political viewpoints: Brooklyn’s Best-Educated Commentator Offers Best Explainer On A Leader
Errol Louis On the Power of Women, A Woman And an Expectant Mother, a Democratic County Leader

Brooklyn can boast that it is home to a political commentator and writer whose education, and on camera presence exceeds by far most of his peers. We refer to the engaging and ebullient Errol Louis.
In his current column written for the New York Magazine Intelligencer, he offers an unusual take on the tough contemporary morass of Brooklyn’s Democratic party, one of the most powerful voting blocks in the country, if unified.
‘If Unified…’ That’s a vital qualifier. Mr. Louis has education degrees from Harvard, Yale and Brooklyn Law School, which only explains part of his impact: he’s just downright practical, polite, cheerful and basically intelligent.
Louis is the host of Inside City Hall and the #NY1YouDecide Podcast for NY1 News, he is a columnist for New York Magazine, and teaches at the Newmark Journalism School.

We share with EAGLE readers the insights from the pen of Errol Louis and his profile of Brooklyn’s Democratic County Leader, Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn.
His piece for the Intelligencer can be found here.
