The All-Wise Meadery just opened its doors in Williamsburg and will specialize in making mead, also known as honey wine. The winery is located across the street from The William Vale hotel and includes a brewing facility and a bar that will open to the public in the fall.

Dylan Sprouse, the star of the Disney show “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” has always had an affinity for brewing. Since his father gave him a home-brewing kit on his 16th birthday, it has always been Sprouse’s hobby, and it now may become even more than that. “I don’t think there was a moment from 17 years old up until now that I have not had [something] brewing in my home,” Sprouse told the New York Post.
