VIDEO: Cops seek two suspects wanted in gunpoint robberies
The NYPD is seeking two men wanted in connection to two gunpoint robberies.
On Saturday, January 6 at around 5:07 a.m., police say the crooks went inside a supermarket at 2482 Coney Island Avenue, near Avenue V, and took out the firearm. The two then tied up the employee inside, stole $200 from the register and fled. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of a laceration to his head that he received when he was struck with the firearm.
A little while later, at around 5:47 a.m., the duo entered a deli at East 10th Street and Kings Highway and took out guns and pointed it at two employees. They then forced the victims to the rear of the location where one of the perps stood over them while the other stole around $1,500 from the registers.
