Ideal 4 Life cuts ribbon on new Bay Ridge center

The Ideal 4 Life Weight Loss Center celebrated its grand opening in Bay Ridge on Saturday, January 9 with a well-attended ribbon cutting.
According to owners, the center coaches clients using the Ideal Protein Weight Loss method – a four-phase program that uses meal replacement to ensure a participant’s weight loss is achieved.
The center is located at 416 Bay Ridge Parkway and is owned by Christina Cosares and Christine Manzione. Ideal 4 Life is housed in Optimum Health Physical Therapy, owned and operated by Francis Reyes and Antoin Hiti.
