DOMINO SQUARE — The transformation of a Williamsburg waterfront community into one of New York’s “sweetest new high-end neighborhoods” has reached a new stage at the former site of the historic Domino Sugar Factory. Developers of the site, Two Trees Management, have announced the launch of sales at One Domino Square, the third ground-up residential skyscraper at the Domino Sugar Factory site along the Williamsburg waterfront. Located at 8 South 4th Street, the 39-story mixed-use condominium tower designed by celebrated New York architecture firm Selldorf Architects will provide residents with top-of-the-line amenities, spectacular views of the city, seamless access to Domino Park, and the opportunity to live immersed in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood. Residents will move in starting in the fall.

Selldorf’s first residential skyscraper, One Domino Square, is immediately recognizable with its one-of-kind iridescent, porcelain-clad facade, which is juxtaposed with the industrial character of the nearby Refinery at Domino. The 39-story condo tower to the north, as well as an adjacent 55-story rental tower to the south, comprise the cohesive 700,000-square-foot One Domino Square complex, which is connected by a seven-story podium at its base. The podium will include 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 45,000 square feet of top-of-the-line amenities across five floors.

Prospective buyers can choose from 160 condominiums for sale, ranging from one to three bedrooms ranging from 700 square feet to 2,700 square feet, respectively. The condo tower will have six 3-bedroom penthouses. Residences start at $1.25 million for a one-bedroom and $3 million for a three-bedroom. The homes feature 10+ foot ceilings, airy interiors, light oak flooring and specially designed tilt-and-turn, noise-canceling windows that maximize Manhattan skyline views.
