Jenny From The Block is the new Queen of Bay Ridge.

J.Lo’s frenzied fans cheered on the superstar during her Wednesday filming of new NBC TV cop drama “Shades of Blue” on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bay Ridge Avenue.

Unruly neighborhood residents crowded the sidewalks and jostled each other for good angles to take smart-phone photos of superstar Jennifer Lopez in her scenes with co-star Ray Liotta of “Goodfellas” fame.

In “Shades of Blue,” the “American Idol” judge plays New York detective and single mom Harlee Santos, who is forced by the FBI to be an informant against her colleagues. Liotta plays Lieutenant Bill Wozniak.

The duo’s scenes were filmed outside a vacant storefront near the Alpine Cinema. Set dressers had transformed the empty space into a liquor store complete with old-fashioned neon signage above the door.

Adoring fans cheered for J.Lo between takes — but sadly, Brooklynites can’t claim her as one of their own. She was born in the South Bronx.

Filming took place in Bay Ridge in the afternoon and night-time.

The new series started location filming last week in New York City neighborhoods such as Astoria, Queens. It is set to begin airing in early 2016.

Special thanks go to a Brooklyn resident who snapped photos of J.Lo during her Wednesday afternoon Bay Ridge appearance and gave the Brooklyn Eagle permission to publish them. He asked not to be named in the photo credits.

Another “Shades of Blue” co-star, Drea de Matteo, also filmed in Bay Ridge on Wednesday afternoon. See related story for photos of the “Sopranos” actress at her shoot, which took place on 68th Street.

Lopez — who is an executive producer of “Shades of Blue” — played a police officer in the film “Angel Eyes.” She was a hit in films “Selena,” about the Queen of Tejano Music, Selena Quintanilla, and “Monster-in-Law” with Jane Fonda.
