Industry City wants you to be their new tenant.

The 40-acre site at Bush Terminal, along the Sunset Park waterfront, just launched a rebranding campaign to attract new tenants in the creative and technology industries.

We started this rebranding initiative because we can sense there is a vibrant energy here that is an ideal match for the temperaments of both creative and tech firms, stated Bruce Federman, director of real estate at Industry City Associates. There are already studios, art galleries, manufacturers and businesses located here and we are hoping to attract additional like-minded firms from the apparel industry, for example, to this burgeoning neighborhood.
