Bridge Park Hotel: The Short List?

According to Crain’s New York Business, the number of contenders being considered to develop a residential and hotel property at Pier 1 in Brooklyn Bridge Park has decreased to three from the original seven.

Crain’s identifies them as The Dermot Company, Toll Brothers, and a partnership between The Starwood Capital Group and Alloy Development. A spokesperson for Brooklyn Bridge Park, when contacted by the Eagle, wouldn’t comment on the report. Starwood Capital with Alloy Development
