The Brooklyn Real Estate Board (BREB), also known as the BayRidge Real Estate Board, hosted its first social of the year lastWednesday at the popular Bay Ridge eatery, Cebu. The event broughttogether businesspeople involved in real estate to network andshare resources with one another.
Around 50 realtors, agents, brokers, accountants, attorneys,engineers, mortgage lenders, advertisers, architects and appraisersgathered for what BREB President Renee Dorsa said will become amonthly event, minus the summer months and Christmas.
In addition to the social aspect, the gatherings serve aneducational purpose, with speakers coming monthly to elaborate onreal estate-related topics, said Dorsa. The goal, she stressed, isto provide a place for the Bay Ridge real estate community to getprofessional training and tips about how various real estatematters affect our day-to-day lives.
