Housing lottery opens for 150 Lawrence Street in Downtown Brooklyn

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — 150 Lawrence St., a 25-story apartment building with 101 total units, has launched a housing lottery for 20 affordable units on NYC Housing Connect.

The studio to two-bedroom units are available to people making 80% of the area median income, with rents from $1,986 to $2,522; the building offers amenities like a gym and rooftop terrace, according to NY YIMBY.

Applications close Aug. 25.
