
Police looking for shooter in Cypress Hills

CYPRESS HILLS – POLICE ARE SEARCHING for an unknown individual who at around 4:20 a.m. on Jan. 26, discharged a firearm near Richmond and Fulton streets in Cypress Hills, striking a 38-year-old man in the left leg, then fled on foot to parts unknown. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.
Photos released by the NYPD show the suspect to have a medium skin tone and dark eyebrows; he was last seen wearing a black coat with a “Moose Knuckles” double-teardrop logo on the sleeve, a black hood, black jeans, and blue and white sneakers.
