Dereume held Punxsutawney Phil, the weather prognosticating groundhog, during the 136th celebration of Groundhog Day on Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, on Wednesday. Phil’s handlers said that the groundhog forecasted six more weeks of winter.
