Man slaps woman’s buttocks on 57th Street

A man on a bicycle attacked a 33-year-old woman on 15th Avenue and 57th Street Dec. 7.
Cops said the woman was walking down the street at 2 p.m. when the man drove by and slapped her buttocks.
