ROMANIA — Hospital fire: Emergency personnel removed a victim on a stretcher after a fire in the COVID-19 ICU section of the Hospital for Infectious Diseases in the Black Sea port city of Constanta, on Friday. Authorities said a fire at the hospital killed nine COVID-19 patients in the ICU. All patients were evacuated following Friday’s blaze at Constanta’s Hospital for Infectious Diseases.
