THAILAND — Testing: Shopping mall workers received a COVID-19 swab test during the opening at the Paragon shopping mall in Bangkok, on Wednesday. After a lockdown in mid-July, malls, hair salons, foot massage parlors, and parks will be allowed to re-open, as well as restaurants for dine-in services but maintained at 50 percent capacity.

ROMANIA — International Roma Theatre Festival: People watched an outdoor performance by Alex Fifea, in the play “You Did Not See Anything,” which explored police abuse against vulnerable members of society, during the “Kathe, Akana!” or “Here and Now!” International Roma Theatre Festival, in Bucharest, on Tuesday. According to the organizers, the festival aims to promote cultural diversity, non-discrimination and combat the stereotypes on Roma.
