RUSSIA — Shooting: Medics and friends helped a woman board an ambulance at a school after a shooting in Kazan on Tuesday. Russian media reported that several people had been killed and four wounded in the school shooting. Russia’s state RIA Novosti news agency reported the shooting took place Tuesday morning, citing emergency services.

KASHMIR — Oxygen refill: Showkat Ahmed War carried an empty oxygen cylinder to get it refilled at a gas supplier facility in Srinagar on Tuesday. War traveled about 40 miles to refill the cylinder needed for his ailing father due to the huge demand for oxygen after the rise in COVID-19 cases.

MEXICO — Missing: Celina Salinas and Ismael Vasquez took a break beside a wall covered with images of missing persons, outside of Mexico’s General Prosecutor’s office in Mexico City, on Monday. The government said that over 80,000 people have disappeared in Mexico since the country’s drug war began in 2006.

BRITAIN — Inquest: Family members arrived for the inquest into holding photos of the victims of the Ballymurphy shooting, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on Tuesday. The findings of the inquest into the deaths of 10 people during an army operation in August 1971 is due to be published on Tuesday.
