Body found floating in Narrows
Police and fire personnel at the location where a body was recovered.
A man’s body was pulled from the Narrows March 1.
The body was discovered in the water off Shore Road and Oliver Street at 12:48 p.m. and recovered by the NYPD Harbor Unit. EMS pronounced the man dead on the scene.
The body was headless, according to the New York Post.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing.
