
Brooklyn Bar Association Lunch and Learn series to exam no-fault litigation

The Brooklyn Bar Association has invited attorney Darryl Lapidus to serve as next month’s guest speaker during its “Lunch and Learn” series that will examine no-fault litigation on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 1 p.m.
The event will be the second “Lunch and Learn” program hosted by the BBA. The “Lunch and Learn” program is designed to give attorneys alternative options to obtaining continuing legal education credits during the day.
The lecture is titled “First-Party No-Fault Litigation – 2020 Update.” Lapidus will discuss recent Appellate Division outcomes and their impact. He will also look into examinations under oath, independent medical examinations, worker’s compensation fee schedules, judicial review of arbitration proceedings and attorney’s fees.
