Ryan Serhant’s pricey Brooklyn Heights home is featured on ‘Million Dollar Listing’

Brooklyn Heights, with its expensive brownstones, is a natural location for Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.” The show filmed an episode on Tuesday at 15 Willow St., a 25-foot-wide townhouse that is now being sold for $8.99 million.
The Brooklyn Express Drumline, a marching band, played inside and outside the house while TV crews filmed the episode, according to the New York Post.
The house, which is being sold by “Million Dollar Listing” star Ryan Serhant, is actually being sold at a “discount.” Its asking price was $14.15 million back in 2016, the Post reported.
The home comes with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms, high ceilings, herringbone hardwood floors, three fireplaces and an elevator, the Post said. Its wine cellar boasts space for 300 bottles.
