Woman receives minor injury after Boerum Hill car crash with NYC DEP truck

A woman driver received minor injuries when her vehicle and a truck belonging to the NYC Department of Environmental Protection collided at the corner of Smith Street and Atlantic Avenue at about 1:15 p.m. today, trapping the woman in the vehicle.

The truck was able to pull off of the car and the unidentified woman was treated for minor injuries by EMS and firefighters who arrived on the scene and were able to open her crushed door.
