Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Quay Tower on pace to finish construction next summer

Quay Tower, a spanking new 28-story condominium project on the edge of Brooklyn Bridge Park overlooking Lower Manhattan, is expected to be completed by its summer 2019 deadline.
The facade of the building is already eight stories high and the tower itself recently topped out, New York Yimby reports.
Situated at 50 Bridge Park Drive in Brooklyn Heights with a fantastic view of New York Harbor, the structure will have 274,500 square feet available for residential use.
