Petee’s Pie Co. opens new location in Clinton Hill

Petee’s Pie Shop has opened a new store at 505 Myrtle Ave. The eatery already feels like an established neighborhood business and has a family-friendly vibe, according to Edible Brooklyn. Co-owners Robert Paredez and his wife Petra expanded to Clinton Hill all while taking care of a newborn baby.
“I like not having to compartmentalize my life, it was a bizarre decision, but it’s really perfect,” Petra said of taking care of a four-month-old baby at work.
The pie shop includes a full espresso bar, biscuit sandwiches for breakfast, and a lunch menu with salads and sandwiches. The Hudson Valley pies, however, take the cake as the main attraction.
