The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will take its last bow in Brooklyn in March, just months before it will close for good.

“The Greatest Show on Earth” will stop by the Barclays Center, 620 Atlantic Avenue, for 15 performances, spanning eight dates.

The circus, which is nearly a century and a half old, announced its impending closure earlier this month. Kenneth Feld, the chairperson and CEO of Feld Entertainment, which purchased Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in the ’60s, attributed the show’s demise to declining audiences and revenue as well as high-profile battles with animal-rights activists over the circus’ treatment of its animals.
