Cops seek two perps in attempted burglary on Benson Avenue and Bay Parkway

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance and location of two individuals wanted for questioning in connection to an attempted burglary within the confines of the 62nd Precinct.

According to police, on Saturday, January 7 at around 12 a.m., the two individuals broke into a basement laundry room in a residential building located within the vicinity of Benson Avenue and Bay Parkway and used an unknown object to open a coin machine. The perps fled the location in an unknown direction without any funds.

One suspect is described as a Hispanic man who is approximately 20 years old and six feet tall. He was last seen wearing a green and black hooded coat, black pants, black sneakers and white gloves.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic man who is approximately 20 years old, 5’9” tall and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black north face coat, knitted hat, black pants, black sneakers and gloves.
