According to police, the car stop occurred after officers noticed two men park near each other, get out of their cars and exchange suitcases. The cocaine was found in the car’s center console. An additional 11 pounds of marijuana was found in the apartment, as well as two mason jars filled with marijuana, two scales and a notebook listing financial transactions.
