According to police, at around 9 a.m. on Friday, November 13, a 65-year-old man entered into a verbal dispute with another man near the Gowanus Expressway and 92nd Street. The argument escalated and ultimately the second man — described as a 50-year-old white man with an Eastern European accent and a white pick-up truck — pushed the victim, causing him to fall and break his hip and wrist.

The suspect fled the scene and the victim was transported to Staten Island University Hospital where he was treated and released.
