Backers of Iran Deal take to the streets of Brooklyn

Members of the advocacy group Brooklyn For Peace demonstrated on Court Street in Downtown Brooklyn in support of President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran on Wednesday. “We believe there’s no alternative to this, and that those who urge us to go back and negotiate a better deal will go back alone,” said member Ken Diamondstone. “We will be isolated among our friends, internationally, and will give added ammunition to our enemies,” he added. Similar demonstrations, aimed at members of Congress, took place across the country on Wednesday.
