Hugh L. Carey Tunnel One Tube closed 4 a.m. until noon Saturday
From the MTA:
One tube at the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel will be closed between 4 a.m. and Noon on Saturday, Feb. 21 for repair work related to Superstorm Sandy.
The remaining tube will have one lane heading into Manhattan and one lane into Brooklyn. Motorists are advised to expect delays and use an alternate route if possible.
