The black 2011 Toyota Camry driven by 60-year-old New Jersey native Simcha Rosemblatt struck Raul Leone-Vasquez, 27, who succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, December 30. Leone-Vasquez was struck while crossing the street at around 6:33 a.m. at Bay Parkway and Bath Avenue, within the confines of the 62nd Precinct.
