Cops seek ATM sleuth
The New York City Police Department is on the hunt for the suspect wanted in connection with a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 61st Precinct on Monday, November 24.
Sometime around 6 p.m. a 34-year-old woman walked into a Brighton Beach Avenue Bank of America to access her account on an ATM. Once inside, the suspect – described by police as a male wearing a dark coat and a dark hat – allegedly stood behind her and observed her as she entered her PIN number.
Cops say that when the victim left the location, the same suspect then used her PIN to access her account, allegedly withdrawing $1,000.
