Police Beat: Perp wanted for pellet gun robbery

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following suspect who is wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 75th Precinct.

On Thursday, August 14 at 12:45 p.m. in the mezzanine area of the Livonia Avenue subway station, the suspect and victim allegedly met for a pre-arranged sale of a Louis Vuitton belt. The suspect – pictured as a black man wearing a red t-shirt — then allegedly displayed a pellet gun, demanded the property and discharged a round at the victim striking the victim’s book bag.

The suspect then fled the station with the property.  There were no injuries sustained by the victim as a result of this incident.
