The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) hopes some of its new changes will make measuring, paying and asking questions about your water bill a bit easier. A new website, DEP QuickPay In addition, DEP office hours have been extended in all five boroughs until 6 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Brooklyn office is located at 250 Livingston Street.
