Two to four inches of snow accumulation is anticipated tomorrow, Tuesday, December 17, beginning early, before the morning rush hour, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

The NYC Office of Emergency Management has since issued a Travel Advisory and the city Department of Transportation and Department of Sanitation have suspended Alternate Side Parking Regulations to facilitate snow removal.

However, payment at parking meters is still expected and will remain in effect throughout the city.
