Home Reporter/Brooklyn Spectator brings home NYPA awards

The staff of the Home Reporter took home two New York Press Association awards from the spring convention held in Saratoga Springs on Saturday, April 6.

Photographer Ted Levin’s shot of revelers after the New York Giants won the Super Bowl won Third Place for Best Feature Photo. Reporters Denise Romano, Alex Hajjar and Thomas Nocera got an Honorable Mention for Best News or Feature Series for their reports on the gas shortage after Sandy.
