"Pathways to a Political Career for Young Lawyers." The association's Young Lawyers Division hosts a panel discussion about the pursuit of politics as an alternative to a career in law. Moderated by Brooklyn Civil Court Judge Genine Edwards, and featuring remarks from Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, the panelists include New York State Senator Eric Adams (20th Senate District), Councilman Charles Barron (District 42), Councilwoman Letitia James (District 35), Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries (Assembly District 57) and Councilman Stephen Levin (District 33). Kings County District Attorney's Office Third

Annual VOICE-Out (Victims On the Impact of Crime Event). To celebrate the voices of those Brooklyn residents whose lives have been changed by crime, and to provide them with information and resources to further address any related trauma.
