From Wall Street to Cadman Plaza East

CADMAN PLAZA EAST — After about four years in the private sector, attorney Christina Dugger is returning to Brooklyn to become a federal prosecutor once again.

Leaving behind Wall Street, where she worked at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, Dugger returns to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York this week, where she will be second in command to U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch in Brooklyn.

“I look forward to welcoming Christina back to the EDNY,” Lynch said in a statement. “Her knowledge of the office, commitment to justice, and personal integrity make her eminently suited to join an already outstanding management team.”

The former clerk for then Chief Judge Judith Kaye had worked at the federal prosecutors office on Cadman Plaza East in Downtown Brooklyn for nearly a decade before leaving in August 2008.
She attended Columbia College and Cornell Law School.
