Frank Ocasio, a 34-year-old employee at the Cobble Hill High School of American Studies, was arrested Wednesday afternoon after allegedly inappropriately touching a female student, as reported by Carroll Gardens Patch.

 

The arrest took place at 3:40 p.m. after Ocasio advanced on an 18-year-old student inside the school building at 347 Baltic St. He was charged with forcible touching, according to Patch.  

 

Department of Education spokeswoman Margie Feinberg told Patch that Ocasio had been employed by the school as an aide since 2007, before becoming a “community associate” for the school in March 2011.
