81-Year Old Woman Shot By Stray Bullet in Her East New York Home
BROOKLYN (AP) — Police say an elderly woman was hit in the cheek by a stray bullet inside her Brooklyn home.
Eighty-one-year-old Agripina Camacho was shot in the cheek in an East New York housing project, the New York Post reports.
The shooting occurred around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday as Camacho was sitting down to dinner.
Police say the bullet went through the window of the victim’s apartment.
She was taken to a hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
There were no immediate arrests.
