Have you noticed that everything is blue in New York lately? Brooklyn Borough Hall will join in the city’s New York Giants mania by bathing itself in blue spotlights tonight through Monday. Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz ordered the blue lights as the city’s eyes turn towards the Giants’ big moment against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.
