
Portfolio of Buildings on Market Asking $19 Million

WILLIAMSBURG, SUNSET PARK — Massey Knakal Realty Services reports it has been retained to sell a multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn.
The portfolio comprises a total of six properties in four locations — two in Williamsburg and two in Sunset Park — with a combined 121 residential units and four commercial units.
The asking price for the portfolio is $19 million, according to Mark Lively, vice president of sales in the Brooklyn office.
The two Williamsburg properties are described as follows:
• 117-119 So. Fourth St., between Bedford Avenue and Berry Street, a 50-foot wide 20,375-square-foot brick building containing a mix of 31 rent-stabilized and free-market apartments.
• 189-191 So. Ninth St., between Driggs Avenue and Roebling Street, is a 50-foot wide 24,900-square foot brick building containing a mix of 30 rent-stabilized and free-market apartments.
The two properties in Sunset Park are described as follows:
• 4706-4712 Fourth Ave., between 47th and 48th streets, two adjoining four-story properties comprised of approximately 24,080 square feet. and 32 residential units.
• 881-887 Fifth Ave., between 38th and 39th streets, two adjoining four-story properties comprised of approximately 20,000 square feet plus 28 residential units above four commercial units on the ground floor.
