On Tuesday night at St. James Cathedral in Downtown Brooklyn, Leslie Lewis, president of the 84th Precinct Community Council, presented Capt. Maximo Tolentito, the precinct’s new commanding officer, to the community. Seen here are, left-right: Lewis, Cop of the Month Hector Santini and Capt. Tolentito. The precinct’s popular former commanding officer, Deputy Inspector Mark DiPaolo, is now heading the 90th Precinct in Williamsburg. Santini was honored for arresting two burglars in the act on Sands Street.
