Is your street being repaved? Greenfield has a list
Thousands of Brooklyn residents will get to drive their cars on smoother streets with no potholes, thanks to the New York City Department of Transportation (DOT), which is conducting a major repaving project in the neighborhoods of Borough Park, Midwood and Bensonhurst at the behest of Councilman David Greenfield.
Greenfield (D-Borough Park-Midwood-Bensonhurst) recently met with Brooklyn Transportation Commissioner Joseph Palmieri to inspect streets in the councilman’s district.
The list of streets to be resurfaced includes several that have been constant sources of complaints from local drivers since the roadways fell into disrepair over the past few years, according to Greenfield.
