Catholic school kids trade in uniforms for Halloween costumes
What do Freddy Krueger, Dracula, princesses and bumblebees all have in common? They have quite a bit in common if you ask students at Saint Patrick Catholic Academy in Bay Ridge.
They were all dancing and playing games with their families at school annual Halloween party on Friday, Oct. 25.
Hundreds of costumed children (and many creatively-clad parents too!) filled the auditorium of the academy at 401 97th St., where they enjoyed dancing to music supplied by a deejay and playing creative games like “Wheel of Torture,” “Tricky Treats” and “Frankie’s Mouth Toss” for chances to win delicious candy prizes.
