  1. I have tried for the past 5 days now, 8 hours a day and no avail… The information available on DoL website says to best way to file is online and I don’t even have the option to file online. It’s extremely frustrating!

    1. NYS Labor Dept.and Cuomo are a joke. Antiquated computer system yet they want their money ASAP. Excuse me our money. Haha! Trying all week to speak with a rep. Waste of time.

  2. I started my claim online and was told it had to be completed with a specialist. Since Monday I have called the #888-209-8124 over 3000x (this is not an exaggeration) only to have gotten through about a dozen times to then receive an automated message that says ‘all specialists are busy, you must call back this week’. What’s a gal to do?

    1. Same thing has happened to me. This is about a week’s worth, gone to awry. I’m sure the systems are backed up and there are folks like us looking to get at least some sort of security…
