DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A NEW LIFE TIME upscale fitness club will occupy 80,000 square feet in Brooklyn Tower, 9 DeKalb Ave., under an agreement with Silverstein Properties. The New York Real Estate Journal reported on April 22 that the seven-floor health club, opening in 2026, will feature a rooftop pool, luxury spa and fitness studios. The 1,066-foot tower, incorporating the Dime Savings Bank, includes 143 condos and 398 rentals. This will be Brooklyn’s third Life Time.
Silverstein aims to enhance the building’s amenities with Life Time’s wellness offerings, marking the brand’s largest Brooklyn location.
