PARK SLOPE – LAW ENFORCEMENT SOURCES BELIEVE A Park Slope woman stabbed her mother to death during an argument before taking her own life on Saturday, the New York Post reports.
According to police, at around 8 p.m. on May 30, officers responding to a 911 call at 386 Second St. discovered the body of Olga Bracero, 56, inside an apartment, with multiple stab wounds. After searching the location, officers also found the body of her daughter, Kayla Wilson, 23, also with stab wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Neighbors told the Post that Wilson had been struggling with mental health for some time, and that Bracero had previously asked for help in taking a knife away from her daughter.
