BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — THE ICONIC CRANBERRY STREET “Moonstruck” townhouse is back on the market, reports Curbed. The current owner, comedienne Amy Schumer – second cousin to New York Sen. Chuck Schumer – has listed the Brooklyn Heights property for $14 million, just three years after moving in, citing her son’s Manhattan school commute.
The five-bedroom, 5,600-square-foot home, heavily featured in the 1987 Nicolas Cage/Cher film “Moonstruck,” includes vintage fireplaces, floors, fittings and ceilings, 30 windows, luxury kitchen fixtures, and a backyard by Brooklyn Bridge Park landscape designer Michael Van Valkenburgh, according to Curbed.
Schumer bought the house in 2022 for $12.25 million.
